Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Typical payment for our services is paid up-front. If you choose to terminate a service, you will have the opportunity to have it cancelled 15 days after the payment.
A cancellation request within this period will merit a refund unless such work has already commenced, in which case it will be subject to the cancellation of the work completed.
Refunds After Work Has Been Initiated
In the event, that work has already started and then the request for cancellation is received by us. A reasonable deduction to the refund, for work already performed or resources already used prior to cancellation, may be applied as a result of a request to cancel an order.
The final refundable amount will then be based upon a percentage of the work/services completed.
How To Request A Refund?
Please use the contact form below or drop us an email at info@seospade.com to request a refund and cancellation. The request must specify that you’re willing to cancel the service that you have availed from us, as well as ask for a refund. Kindly, state the reason for cancellation and attach the payment receipt for the service for which you want to get a refund upon calculation.
If you cancel your request, the date you do so will be taken into account when deciding if the request is within the 15-day period.
Refund Processing
After a refund is approved, Seospade will start processing the refund within 15 days.
The amount of time it takes for the amount of the refund to show up in your account will also rely upon the mode you paid us with or your financial institution’s processing time.
Service-Specific Considerations
Not all of the amount that is paid will be refunded if a request for a refund occurs. A deduction will be applied if any, and communicated in the event of the cancellation, on the basis of the completed work prior to the cancellation.

Seospade reserves the right to change this Refund Policy as may be necessary due to changes in services, payment/finance terms, and business requirements. Any updates that come will be posted on this page, and it will get a new date.
