The Seospade website and the provision of its digital marketing and/or website development services to you are subject to these Terms of Service. You accept these conditions by the use of our website and/or the purchase of our services.

Our Services

Seospade provides digital growth and technology services. It consists of SEO, local SEO, Pay Per Click and Lead Generation, social media marketing, website design, website UI/UX interface design, and Digital marketing services.

The following services, deliverables, scope, and requirements outlined here are those which could apply to your project depending upon the service that you have agreed with Seospade.

Payments

All services are paid for in advance unless otherwise discussed, agreed to, and documented.

It is your responsibility to give pertinent information and make the appropriate payment before the work is agreed upon.

In the case of any unpaid services as stated, Seospade reserves the right, where applicable, to terminate or cancel the services.

Service Cancellation

If you want to cancel the services, please let us know. If a notice of cancellation is provided via e-mail, the cancellation date will be the date that the notice of cancellation is received.

If any refunds are applicable, they will be dealt with separately on the basis of our Refund Policy.

Client Responsibilities

You will provide accurate information and instructions, your project's approvals, and materials supplied in a reasonable form necessary for the delivery of your project.

It is your responsibility to provide information, content, trademarks, images, documents, or other materials provided to Seospade that you have the right to use for the purpose for which you provide it.

Results and Performance

Several other external factors which go beyond Seospade's control can impact digital marketing results, such as competition, search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, market conditions, etc., and even the behaviour of users visiting your website.

Seospade, therefore, can't guarantee that any campaign will yield the same or certain results. Results can vary from one business to another, industry to industry, market to market and one campaign to another.

Intellectual Property

The client accepts the final website or other similar end product resulting from the works and services he/she has been provided with and paid for in accordance with the agreement (which the client will own), with the exception of the first product which is provided with certificate and cannot be retained by the client, or that has already been sold by him to another client.

Any third party software/platform/ licence/material belongs to the third party and will continue to be subject to the conditions for its use.

Website Use

For accurate website use, we need to clearly state that you will not use the Seospade website in any way other than intended; try to breach or gain unauthorized access to any aspect of the work on the Seospade website. Attempting to disrupt the operation or use the website on an unlawful basis is an offense.

Changes To These Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified as deemed necessary by Seospade. New terms will be posted on this page, along with a new date.

Governing Law

The above Terms of Service shall be governed by the relevant Indian laws. All disputes that may arise out of these terms shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi in India.
