Returns

Weekly Subscribers: Weekly plans, both renewable and non-renewable, are non-refundable.

Monthly Subscribers: You can request a refund within 15 days of purchase if a large portion of your queries remain unused. Refunds won’t be available after 15 days, even if the package is unused.

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us form. Our team will check the usage on your plan and notify you if it qualifies for a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Violating terms and conditions.

Requests from law enforcement due to misuse or harmful actions.

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new users on premium plans. If you’re unsatisfied, contact our support within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. This guarantee doesn’t apply to the Basic Plan or returning subscribers.
